Angela Collier-Reynolds is an established flutist in the Chicago area. A professional instructor and a dynamic performer, she is currently the third flute/piccolo player with the Skokie Valley Symphony Orchestra and flutist with the Logan Square New Music Ensemble.  In addition to Terra Sounds, Angela is on the flute faculty at the Zion Conservatory of Music in Zion, the Near North Montessori School of Chicago, and the William Bennett International Flute Summer School in Grayslake, Illinois.  She also serves as an adjunct faculty member, teaching online music appreciation classes for Austin Peay State University, and works as the stage assistant for the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Symphony in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
 
Angela received her Bachelor’s degree in music education and flute performance from Austin Peay State University where she studied with Dr. Lisa Vanarsdel. She continued on to receive a Master of Music degree in flute performance from the University of Northern Iowa, where she served as Graduate Assistant to Dr. Angeleita Floyd. Angela has also received instruction from JoAnn McIntosh, Deanna Hahn-Little, Nicole Riner, Mary Nelson, and Patricia George.
