Originally from South Carolina, David Agee has quickly become an in-demand drummer in the Chicagoland area. Upon graduating from Clemson University in 2008 with at BA in Audio Engineering, he moved to Chicago where he received his Masters in Jazz Studies, Performance from DePaul University in 2010. Notable performances include the Chicago Jazz Festival and the Glenn Miller Orchestra, as well as sharing the stage with artists such as Wayne Bergeron, Peter Erskine, Gordon Goodwin, and Phil Woods. David performs with the Lowdown Brass Band, JC Brooks and the Uptown Sound, Alan Gresik and the Swingshift Orchestra, and has played venues including the Green Mill, Jazz Showcase, and Lincoln Hall.
