Matthew Brennan - Voice

Matthew Brennan recently returned to his native Chicago after completing his Masters in Voice Performance at the Cleveland Institute of Music. Matthew is equally at home as a choral singer, operatic soloist, and musical theater performer. He is a member of the Chicago Symphony Chorus and Evanston’s Lakeside Singers, and has performed with the Ohio Light Opera, /kor/ productions, and the Prague Summer Nights festival. World Premieres include performing as baritone soloist in Keith Fitch’s The Range of Light as well as the role of The Innocent in the art song theater piece “Once, Babylon” at the Vancouver International Song Institute. He also really enjoys accompanying himself while singing the songs of Billy Joel, Elton John, and Sara Bareilles. Matthew completed his Bachelor of Music degree at Vanderbilt University’s Blair School of Music.
