- Find new summer camp opportunities

- Generate new program ideas for summer camps and birthday parties
- Create sales presentations
- Maintain and grow client database
- Generate a weekly sales report


Bachelor degree in Business, Communications and/or 1-3 years of relevant experience
Computer skills: MS Office, Adobe


Competitive per project base pay + performance-based commission

Part-time Front Desk Administrator & Sales Position (Glenview, IL)
Terra Sounds School of Music & Arts is seeking a motivated self-starter to fill the Front Desk Administrator & Sales Specialist position. Duties will consist of performing the following set of administrative tasks: 

• coordinating school schedule 
• communicating with clients and instructors 
• facilitating lesson & class logistics 
• processing payments 
• answering phone calls & e-mails 
• actively promoting and selling the school's services 

The ideal candidate is outgoing, creative, detail-oriented, has exceptional oral and written communication skills, a passion for music and the arts, strong computer skills (word processing, e-mail, online scheduling, etc.), lives close to downtown Glenview (and/or has access to reliable transportation). Flexibility in schedule (ability to be at the school on a short notice), familiarity with the music & art school environment, and fluency in a foreign language are a plus. Previous administrative and sales experience preferred. Must hold or currently pursue a college degree.
